Mitchell England has been investing in real estate since 2005. Mitchell is a full time investor and licensed commercial real estate broker in the Columbia Gorge. His experience includes various asset classes, across several years of investing. Today his focus is primarily on Mobile Home Park acquisitions and operations. Through his partnership with Travis Dillard and Cadia Capital Group, he works diligently to identify, underwrite, acquire and manage MHP assets.

Travis has been investing in real estate since 2000. Travis’s experience ranges from single family rentals, spec builds, to historical renovations, buy and hold mobile home parks and apartment buildings. Today Travis is heavily involved in Cadia Capital Group and the acquisition and management of mobile/RV and apartment assets.

In 2005 at 23 years old, a year after returning home from the Iraq War with the United States Army, he purchased his first single family property, purchased another property in 2006 and another in 2007.

From 2009-Present Gabriel has been investing in multi-family properties, mixed-use commercial buildings and Mobile Home Parks. He currently holds a $60M+ real estate portfolio consisting of 450 multifamily, mixed-use, Mobile Home Parks, Commercial and Industrial units.
